This firm provides primary valuation services for tangible personal property assets (MTS and
FF&E), which includes industrial machinery and equipment, rolling stock, inventory,
production facilities and processing plants appraisals on a global perspective.
The real property appraisal scope of work is typically for fee simple or leased fee value, but
may also require other special considerations, such as partial interests, conservation
easements, pipeline right-of-way, insurable values, investment value or value-in-use, or
replacement cost new values.
We offer a full range of services, including but not limited to, appraisal services, general
consulting, complete narrative appraisal reports, feasibility studies, and highest and best use
analysis. Our continuing excellent reputation depends upon satisfied clients receiving the

and good access to market data through out the entire state and southwest region for real

analysis and experienced insight are all combined in our comprehensive appraisal reports.
All real property and personal property appraisals are performed to the current requirements
of USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) as prescribed by the
Appraisal Foundation.
Our services are competitively priced, but we never compromise on quality or accuracy. We
undertake your assignment with your needs in mind, but we always maintain a non- advocate
position according to USPAP requirements
